Follow these simple steps to generate your first profile:
- Enter URL: Paste your company's homepage.
- Generate: Click the button and wait ~60s.
- Review: Check the extracted voice and colors.
- Export: Copy the AI Prompt Block.

Detailed Walkthrough
1. Input & Analysis
Start by entering the primary URL of the brand. ContextBrand works best with marketing websites, landing pages, and documentation sites.
- Primary URL: The main entry point (e.g., stripe.com)
- Additional URLs: Optional pages to scan for more specific data.
- Brand Notes: Use this field to manually override our AI. For example: "Always capitalize 'AI' and never use emojis."
2. Generation Process
Once you click generate, our system performs several actions in parallel:
- ✓ Crawls the HTML to find text content.
- ✓ Analyzes CSS files to find primary and secondary colors.
- ✓ Uses GPT-4o to synthesize voice, tone, and messaging.
3. Review & Refine
The generated profile is a draft. You can click on any text field (Messaging, Voice, etc.) to edit it directly. If the AI missed a color or got the tagline wrong, simply correct it before exporting.
4. Export Formats
AI Prompt Block
Best for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. A formatted text block instructing the AI how to behave.
JSON Data
Best for developers. A structured JSON object containing all brand data for programmatic use.
Troubleshooting & Limits
Daily Rate Limits
Currently, unauthenticated users are limited to 10 generations per day per IP address. This resets every 24 hours.
Website Blocking
Some websites (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) block automated crawlers. If generation fails, try finding the brand's marketing site or press page instead.
